We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery dates are approximate. Kundaroma is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after the product passes quality check.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.
